Privacy
A short, plain-English privacy notice.
This notice explains how Luke Buchanan, who runs b6n, handles personal information received through this website and project enquiries.
Information I receive
If you contact me by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, I receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, contact details, organisation, project information and our correspondence.
The website does not currently use an enquiry form, advertising cookies or analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
How I use it
I use enquiry information to respond, decide whether I can help, take steps towards an agreement and, where work goes ahead, deliver and administer that work. I may also retain information where reasonably necessary for security, legal or accounting purposes.
Sharing and retention
I do not sell personal information. It may be processed by service providers used for email, messaging, hosting and business administration, or disclosed where required by law.
I keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, an active client relationship, or applicable legal and accounting requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information I hold about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern about how it is used. Some rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Contact me at [email protected]. You can also find independent guidance or raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office.
